This year was the 2nd time i have stayed at the Riad and i will stay there again when i visit Marrakech, the staff are great, it feels very peaceful even though it is only 2 mins from the main square, a little hard to find if you arrive for your first visit after dark but well worth it.

Nice authentic Riad very well located at only 1 minute from Djemaa el Fna square. It is a basic but very nice location and very good value for the money.

Grazie Abdul!

Nice and calm place in a big city
I had a great Stay in Riad Tamlil, the best thing about this Place is Abdul Latif, one of the staff members, he was very helpful and friendly, he helped me a lot because my plan for Marrakech was a bit messed up, he helped me stay several extra nights, and he was actually trying to help me save money and plan my time there quiet nicely, he was really very helpful and he knows a lot about the city.
The place is Great, near Jamee el Fna, the rooms are Clean, and the place looks good and well restored, i also changed rooms with help from Abdel Latif to be able to stay longer, and all the rooms i stayed in were Great, the only problem i had was with the hot water, and it was quickly solved whenever it happened.
I think the prices are very reasonable also if you are traveling alone, and they work with an agency that plans great Excursions, i went to a private "4 persons" day hike to the Atlas mountains, bit costy, but really worth the money.
You can find somewhere more Fancy in Marrakech i know, but i really recommend this Riad

Super close to the amazing Jema El Fna market.
This Riad was slightly tricky for us to find at first because it didn't have a lot of signs. We had a lot of luggage and this Riad is deep inside old town where no cars are allowed. But everything after that was awesome! This Riad is in a little alley with cute street kittens, and super close to the big Jema el fna and other markets and souks. So we can come in and out of our place throughout the day. The included breakfast is epic with crepes croissants etc. The rooms are grand with tall ceilings, really beautiful. We can imagine the family that used to live here before it got converted to a hotel.

Good Price/Quality Ratio
I stayed a total of 4 nights in Riad Dar Tamlil and overall we had a positive experience. Abdul, one of the staff guys, welcomed me and my girlfriend with a smile and gave us some useful tips and a bot of history about the city. It's not the best Riad in Marrakech, but they have fair prices for the location and service they provide. Might not be easy to find at first (as all Riads in Marrakesh) but once you know where it is, you won't have a problem. Just a couple of minutes out of the main city square. Since it's a small Riad (about 4 rooms if I'm not mistaken) you have a more personalized service, which is good. If you want a budget quality place, I would recomend this place.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
